Adam Gaudet, broker/founder of 603 Birch Realty in Concord, is installed as the 2022 president of the New Hampshire Associate of REALTORS. When his one-year term begins on January 1, 2022, he plans to advocate for policy change in an effort to get more affordable housing built in New Hampshire. In an article published by NH Business Review: NH Realtors Association’s New President Wants to Focus on Affordable Housing, Adam says his goal is to “be as loud as possible about the lack of affordable housing we have in the Granite State, and the long term negative impacts that we’ll face if we don’t address it now.”
