My husband and I were first time homebuyers in 2024. We decided in of June last year that even if we weren’t quite ready to buy yet, we should at least get our ducks in a row and hire a real estate agent so we could be prepared if we happened to see a house that would suit our growing family. Thankfully, Dawn came highly recommended to us. Before our first meeting, I was nervous and felt entirely unprepared as to how this process would work, but our mutual connection said not to worry and that Dawn loves working with first time homebuyers.

I can now 110% confirm that – not only was she so welcoming of all our questions but she put our minds immediately at ease. My husband and I left that initial meeting both agreeing that we had no reason to look any further than Dawn. She is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable and she listened to want we wanted in a home and pointed out things we may have not thought of. Moving is hard. Like, super hard. We hired Dawn to work with us to help us put an offer in on our dream home, and help us sell ours to make it happen. We experienced ups and downs, and though our buying plans (so far) haven’t panned out as we would have hoped, we are happy to say that Dawn helped us sell our home to a new, perfect family for our home. Amy is THE BEST Realtor around. My husband and I were looking to move a little further away, as well as sell our home in Pelham. Amy went above and beyond for us. She went as far as taking our dog while we were at work so that other Realtors could show our home.
