Adam Gaudet, broker/founder of 603 Birch Realty in Concord, was named 2019 REALTOR of the Year by the Seacoast Board of REALTORS at an awards ceremony on June 25. The award is based on several criteria, including REALTOR spirit, local board activity, civic activity at the local, state and national level, and business accomplishments.
Adam has been a REALTOR since 2014 and has accomplished much during that time. At the local level, Adam serves on the board of directors and is President-Elect at the Seacoast Board of REALTORS. At the state level, he is on the board of directors, executive committee, and chair of the communications committee. He was instrumental in overseeing a ten person REALTOR team for the NHAR image campaign, including the creation of a new NH REALTOR commercial that’s currently airing on local television and social media platforms. Adam also worked on launching the NH REALTOR magazine, which debuted in 2018. Additionally, he was chosen as “New Hampshire’s Rising Star” at the 2018 NERC Conference. At the national level, Adam serves as the federal political coordinator for District 1, meeting with members of Congress to discuss key issues of New Hampshire real estate. Adam’s volunteer activities include the Stride 5K, End 68 Hours of Hunger, REALTOR Day of Caring, and his brokerage sponsors many local community events.
