Adam has been a realtor to buy/sell on 3 homes for our family. The purchase of your first home is a day that you will always remember and an experience you will never forget. It was fantastic working with Adam Gaudet on our journey to finding a house in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. As former condo owners we were familiar with some of the aspects of the home buying process, but there were several differences when buying a single-family home. Adam was always available to answer all of our questions and guide us through the steps that we were unsure about. He made himself available when we needed his assistance and did a great job setting up appointments for us to view different houses. We lived over an hour away from Portsmouth and Adam was extremely accommodating to our schedules and limited availability to tour showings. Adam was honest with his opinions and his goal was to find the best house for us and not just to secure a sale. He was diligent in the offer process and always kept us up to date as we negotiated our offer with the seller. Once we were under contract, he continued to be present when we had inquiries. In the final weeks before closing, the heating system for the house we were purchasing stopped working. Due to work schedules, we were unable to get to the house to meet with the repair service. Adam went above-and-beyond and went to the house in our place to ensure the issue was fixed. Overall, it was a great experience working with Adam. He helped us find our “forever” home and we would highly recommend him to friends and anyone else looking to start the home buying process.

I could fill a book with all the amazing things I want to say about Trevor – I would recommend him to everyone!! My husband and I were first-time home buyers – from the get-go, Trevor made us feel confident about the entire process and most importantly, never once made us feel pressured to buy anything. He knew what we were looking for (and what we did NOT like), and when looking at houses, he would point out problematic things that we would sometimes not notice. We miraculously had our first-ever offer accepted on our dream home, and I know that was largely due to Trevor's on-point recommendations during the offer process. Throughout the entire process, before we ever settled on a location and a builder, Trevor was an integral part of the journey. He helped us look at homes to get an idea of what we wanted, coordinated with a number of builders for us to get a sense of who was out there, and eventually he is the one who found the perfect lot and builder for us to work with.

This process took a long time, and there was so much that went into it. Trevor was there every step of the way. From responding to frantic late night and weekend texts from us, to calming us down when we got frustrated, to making us feel at home before the house was even done being built. Trevor is the best person we could have ever worked with on this process and made it so much more fun, entertaining, and shockingly easy than it would have been without him. He was constantly advocating to help us get what we wanted in our home, and for always going the extra mile.

As a first time home buyer I was nervous about the entire process, but Trevor really helped turn that nervous energy into excitement. I first met Trevor at a “Brews and Buyers” event that he put on and I knew he’d be a great fit.
